• You will conduct thorough assessment of our clients’ HR processes, practices, policies, and procedures to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations. • You will draft HR policies and procedures and oversee consistent implementation. • You will develop and implement HR initiatives and strategies that align with our clients’ business goals and objectives. • You will facilitate and assist with the recruitment and selection of talent for our clients. • You will develop, in partnership with our clients, annual Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) and Annual Training Plan (ATR) and submit same to the respective SETA. • You will assist, in partnership with our clients, full compliance to the Employment Equity Act. • You will draft various HR and IR related documents, i.e., contracts of employment, increase letters, notices to attend incapacity/disciplinary enquiry, warnings, etc. • You will assist and facilitate performance management processes and employee development initiatives. • You will provide advice and support on organisational change management. • You will assist and facilitate induction and onboarding, and offboarding of employees. • You will process monthly payroll and bi-annual and annual EMP501. • You will guide our clients to ensure compliance with labour legislation and regulations. • You keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. To be successful in this role you need a tertiary qualification in HR or relevant field. You need to have at least 5 years’ experience as a HRBP, HR Consultant or similar role, and have a solid understanding of HR principles and practices. An in-depth knowledge and experience in Employment Equity is essential and is non-negotiable. You need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills and will be required manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. You must maintain confidentiality and conduct yourself at a high level of professionalism with confidence. Experience in payroll will be an added advantage
