Candidate requirements:

  1. Valid Grade 12 certificate
  2. Advantageous legislative requirements: a) NQF 5 b) RE accreditation c) NCA accreditation
  3. Completed or partially completed bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance will be advantageous
  4. Experience in a similar role with a customer service focus

Description of duties: • All Sales support related to admin duties including but not limited to Approvals, Contracts, Payouts, Securities and General admin. • Execute work in line with governance and compliance processes. Ensure that Route Quest Pty Ltd remains compliant in accordance with legislation requirements. • Preparation of monthly reports for articles financed • Implementation of systems and procedures in order to record and manage all critical aspects in relation to your primary focus area. • Render professional support and liaison with management and co-personnel. release • Ensure strict compliance with the Employer’s protocol pertaining to the release of any vehicle, trailer, equipment and / or goods from the Employer’s premises.
• Ensure quality of documentation and securities • Absolute confidentiality in the handling of customer’s information obtained through transactions and queries. • Support Business Development Officer in meeting production targets of turnover, yield and non-interest-bearing income.
