Duties include managing & overseeing : Sales Develop and implement effective sales plans to stay ahead of competitors to ensure increased market share and new vehicle sales and profitability (1st & 2nd Gross) as per shareholders and manufacturer requirements. Marketing Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for increased customer interaction. Leadership Create a team culture where customer experience and excellence is a focus. Motivate, lead, coach the sales team to exceed goals and targets. Customer Care Build and maintain customer relationships by ensuring the highest level of customer care, Stock Management Ensure best stock allocations and mix to meet customer needs and demands with the best vehicle options. Performance Management - Coach team where necessary by providing constructive feedback and mutual productivity plans for effective performance. Continue to drive improvement in all aspects of the sales environment.
