Drive Sales Activities: Actively engage in sales efforts to promote Project 24's products and services. Initiate and lead sales presentations, demonstrating the value proposition to potential clients. Build Key Customer Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers. Understand their business needs, challenges, and objectives to provide tailored solutions. Identify Business Opportunities: Continuously prospect for new business opportunities. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify potential areas for growth. Negotiate and Close Business Deals: Lead negotiations with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements. Effectively close deals and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. Meet Sales Targets: Set and achieve sales targets by developing and implementing strategic sales plans. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Maintain Extensive Knowledge: Stay abreast of industry trends, Microsoft Licensing, and Project 24's Managed Services for Microsoft 365 License Optimization. Keep up-to-date with technical product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to clients. Build Up a Pipeline: Establish and nurture a robust sales pipeline by proactively identifying and qualifying leads. Develop and implement strategies to move prospects through the sales funnel. Requirements: - Committed in building relationships with clients and effective in identifying their needs and wants. - Proven experience in business sales or a related field (Expert in understanding the IT space). - Strong understanding of Microsoft Licensing and Project 24's Managed Services for Microsoft 365 License Optimization. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively sell and negotiate at all levels - Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - 3+ years of experience in technology sales development and consultative solutions services sales -Strong business acumen and the ability to understand complex client issues and navigate organizations to align Project 24's solution to their needs. -Ability to prospect within assigned accounts with demonstrated success -Must be a self-starter and able to work independently with a strong ability to prioritize, plan, and execute tasks to consistently meet sales goals. -Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Zoho) is a plus. Commission-Based Structure: This position offers a performance based compensation structure, providing you with the opportunity to earn additional income based on your sales performance. Earn a high basic on discovery calls R 24 200 - R 72 600 per month and addition, 10% commission per deal signed.
