Hands on Recruitment have partnered with a small group of companies who specialise in lighting. Our client is looking for a Marketing Manager to look after both Marketing strategy, coordination and execution


Responsibilities:

Website Development and Management:


Create and maintain our online presence, ensuring a user-friendly experience.
Utilize HTML coding and stay updated on web development trends.
Social Media Marketing:
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant channels.
Write effective content
Monitor and optimize social media campaigns for maximum impact.


Print Advertising:


Conceptualize, design, and manage all print materials, including brochures, catalog sheets, etc.
Ensure consistency with corporate identity across all print collateral.
Corporate Identity Management:
Uphold and enhance our corporate identity in all marketing materials.
Maintain brand consistency and integrity across various platforms.


Psychology of Marketing:


Possess a deep understanding of consumer psychology to create compelling and targeted marketing campaigns.
Use psychological insights to influence consumer behavior positively.
Design and Creative Software Proficiency:
Proficient in programs such as InDesign, Photoshop, and other relevant design tools. (Adobe platform)
Ability to create visually appealing and effective marketing materials.


Budgeting and Marketing Plan:


Develop comprehensive marketing plans aligned with organizational goals.
Create and manage budgets for marketing campaigns, demonstrating cost-effectiveness.


Performance Measurement:

Establish measurable parameters for marketing initiatives.

Analyze and report on the performance of marketing efforts against set benchmarks.


SEO Expertise:


Implement strong SEO strategies to enhance the visibility of our websites.
Stay updated on SEO best practices and algorithm changes to ensure optimal performance.
Innovative Thinking and Value Delivery:
Think out of the box to develop creative and impactful marketing solutions.
Deliver value through innovative campaigns that resonate with the target audience.

Qualifications:


Proven experience in a similar marketing role.
Strong knowledge of web development, HTML coding, and social media marketing.
Expertise in design software, including InDesign and Photoshop (or similar).
Understanding of consumer psychology and its application in marketing.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in budgeting, marketing plan development, and performance measurement.
Strong SEO skills with a proven track record of improving website visibility and content.
