Job Summary: The Electrical Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that electrical systems and equipment are installed, maintained, and repaired efficiently and safely. They oversee a team of electricians and technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality workmanship and compliance with electrical codes and regulations.

Qualifications:
At-least B.Sc. Electrical Engineering

Experience:
5+ years

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise a team of electricians and technicians, assigning tasks and ensuring work is completed on schedule and to specifications.
  2. Plan and coordinate electrical installation, maintenance, and repair projects, including scheduling manpower and equipment resources.
  3. Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, or deficiencies and recommend corrective actions.
  4. Ensure compliance with electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards, including OSHA and NFPA requirements.
  5. Provide technical guidance and support to electricians and technicians, troubleshooting complex electrical problems and offering solutions.
  6. Review and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and diagrams to determine the layout and installation of electrical systems.
  7. Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on projects, and prepare reports as required.
  8. Conduct training sessions for electricians and technicians on safety procedures, equipment operation, and best practices.
  9. Coordinate with other departments or contractors to facilitate the completion of electrical projects within budget and timeline constraints.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in electrical systems and maintenance.
