Overview:

To provide support to various departments which include accounts, management and technical department. Ensure stability in profitability by maintaining a high customer satisfaction and retention rate.

 

Minimum requirements:

  • National Diploma / Degree in Business Management / Project Management/ Cost and Management Accounting
  • 2 – 3 Years related job experience.
  • Strong Excel skills: intermediate to advanced

 

Responsibilities:

Payment Certificates / invoicing:

  • Receive completed Services / Breakdowns and Planning Schedules from relevant administration
  • Double check abov
  • Compile Payment Certificate and Invoice
  • Ensure Files are Approved and Taken to Bhisho for Payment.

 

Contracts Management

  • Log all Servicing Appointments
  • SPARES: Order all Servicing Spares, Check and Distribute for all Branches.
  • Monthly Report

 

Budgets

  • Contracts Cashflows
  • Budgets / Target
  • Target VS Actual

 

Sub-contractors

  • Tracking Spreadsheet
  • Correspondence between Subbie & Client.
  • Quoting & Invoicing

 

Tenders

  • Receive and capture all tender notifications on Tender List.
  • Accurate completion of tender documentation.
  • Ensure relevant documentation is certified and valid.
  • Source supplier pricing and terms of validity
  • Understand tender data
  • Keep copy / scan of document before submitting.

 

Other:

  • Keep CSD Updated
  • Database / Registrations / Memberships.
