ONLY CANDIDATES WITH EXPERIENCE IN SELLING FACE TO FACE LONGTERM INSURANCE CAN APPLY Job Profile • Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management of the branch. • Develop and execute the business plan for his/her team. • Accountable for achieving team’s overall performance in terms of manpower, cases and quality. • Drive inspirational leadership for the team. • Train reps theoretical i.e., Sales Process and Sales Models • Train reps on the practical part of selling • Monitoring and couching reps, in all aspect of the business. • Adhere to all FAIS requirements. • Assist reps in prospecting. • Demarcate territories only if feasible. Job Experience and Qualifications • Financial Services experience (long-term insurance) with a minimum of 3 years’ exposure in selling as a representative. • 2 years’ experience in sales management, with a track record of achieving targets. • Matric or equivalent. • Full qualifications as per FSCA • RE5 • MS Office
