Tender Preparation: Analyse tender documents to understand requirements and submission guidelines. Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information and documentation. Draft and prepare tender proposals, ensuring compliance with all client specifications and legal requirements. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential tender opportunities. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities. Documentation Management: Organize and maintain all tender-related documentation. Ensure all documents are updated, accurate, and properly stored. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all tender submissions meet regulatory and company standards. Identify and mitigate risks associated with tendering processes. Submission and Follow-Up: Submit completed tender proposals on time. Follow up on submitted tenders and manage post-submission queries and negotiations. Continuous Improvement: Analyse feedback on tender submissions to identify areas for improvement. Implement best practices and process improvements for future tenders.
