Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for the plant performance:
o Production Management.
o Plant availability.
o Engineering management.
o Maintenance management.
o Operations management.
o HR management.
o Procurement management.
o Works management.
o Financial management.
o Safety and risk management.
o Outages and outage management.
o Environmental management.
o Change management.
o Set up and management of key performance indicators per discipline above.
- 16(2) Appointee by Shareholders (CEO Actom) to carry out health & safety responsibilities.
- 19(3) Chairperson of health & safety committee.
- Compiling and submission of strategic reports to Operator (Contractor) and client including but not limited to engineering budget, site performances, HR performance, safety performance and environmental performance.

Qualifications:
- Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering Degree or equivalent.
- Government Certificate of Competency (GCC) Factories
Related Experience:
- 2 Years experience as a Plant Manager in a power plant / utilities environment or 5 Years experience as a Production Manager in a power plant / utilities environment or 5 Years experience as Maintenance Manager in a power plant / utilities environment.
Skills and competencies:
- Knowledge and understanding of power plant operations and associated risks.
- Knowledge and understanding of SHERQ management systems.
- Knowledge and understanding on conducting risk assessments.
- Good numeric reasoning ability.
- Good attention to detail
