Job Description The Activation/Promotions Agent will be directly involved in marketing activities in the East London area.Your responsibilities will include in-mall activations, door-to-door flyer drops, and gazebo activations.Through comprehensive training, you will use your acquired skills and knowledge to convert prospects into clients, meeting and exceeding personal targets.Requirements Key Roles and Responsibilities: Data Management:    - Collect and submit predetermined details and data sets accurately and promptly.Sales Performance:    - Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets through effective promotional activities.Knowledge Development:    - Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our services, commercials, and company policies and procedures.Continuous Learning:  - Actively participate in learning interventions provided by the company to enhance skills and knowledge.Performance Reporting:   - Submit daily shift performance reports as a mandatory requirement for effective performance tracking.Door-to-Door Campaigns :    - Conduct strategic door-to-door flyer drops to reach and engage potential clients.In-Mall Setups:    - Organize and execute in-mall setups to showcase our offerings and interact with potential customers.Gazebo Activations    - Lead and participate in gazebo activations to create a dynamic and engaging brand presence.Qualifications and Skills: Experience: No experience required; full training will be provided.Personal Qualities: Must be flexible, reliable, punctual, and consistent.Comfortable with engaging in face-to-face interactions.Personal drive, energy, and a keen willingness to learn.Excellent communication skills.Willingness to work.Location: Live within the community or at least within 15 - 20 minutes from the specified locations/areas.Driving license and own vehicle - Required.Technology: A reliable smartphone (Must-have) Benefits - Competitive Earnings:   Enjoy the highest commission structure in the market, with strong incentives.- Flexible Hours:   Benefit from flexible working hours, accommodating your schedule with shifts between 15:00 and 19:00 on weekdays and 08:00 and 12:00 on Saturdays.- Sales Training:   Access training and development to enhance your sales skills and career growth opportunities.- Community Impact:   Make a positive impact on communities by connecting residents with high-speed fibre internet services.- Team Support:   Work within a supportive team environment under the guidance of an experienced Team Leader and Project-Coordinators.- Career Growth:   Explore opportunities for career advancement within the company and personal development.Requirements Key Roles and Responsibilities: Door-to-Door Sales: Engage with residents in assigned communities to promote and sell fibre internet services, effectively communicating the benefits and features of our offerings.Walking Routes: Follow designated walking routes to maximize coverage and reach potential customers within the community.Educational Outreach: Educate potential customers about the advantages of our fibre internet services and answer any questions or concerns they may have.Feedback Reporting: Provide detailed feedback and insights after each shift, including customer interactions, concerns, and market trends.Working Hours: Work between 15:00 and 19:00 from Monday to Friday and between 08:00 and 12:00 on Saturdays.Sales Reporting: Accurately record and upload sales data into both client systems and our internal systems for tracking and reporting purposes.Customer Relationship Building: Foster positive relationships with potential customers and leave a favorable impression of the company.Qualifications and Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and able to work independently Ability to walk for extended periods and follow designated routes Sales or customer service experience is a plus Reliable and punctual Reporting Structure: The External Fibre Sales Associate will report to a designated Team Leader who will provide guidance, support, and performance feedback.
