Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:

  • Degree / 5 years experience at an Area Coach level and proven relevant performance
  • Previous experience in the quick service restaurant industry an advantage
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Good MS Office ability and valid drivers license
The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:
  • Contextualizing and implement strategic operational systems according to the vision and mission of the franchisee in the market
  • Review and present bench plans to stakeholders
  • Maintain operational standards as determined by Franchisor
  • Identify / develop candidates for succession planning
  • Ensure score card gaps are identified
  • Evaluate IR incidents / chair IR meetings and obtain HR input when needed
  • Ensure recruitment practices are aligned and conduct evaluations
  • Compile development plans and coach / develop subordinates
  • Identify capability issues, action and follow up
  • Customers ensure action plans are completed
  • Sales authorise plans / promotions; co-ordinate budgets; review competitor analysis reports; achieve KPIs aligned to franchise measures; drive sales; oversee maximising of sales / profit
  • Profits prepare and present business reviews; analyse profit & loss statements
  • General create / oversee operational business plan; collaboration with all relevant stakeholders; oversee HR, Finance / Marketing functions; address operational development of new stores; build business relationships; continuous analysis of restaurant performance
