Applicants are required to meet the following criteria :

**Master’s Degree / Post Grad Degree in Law, International Relations, Journalism, Politics or Social Science***:

**10+ years’ experience working to influence human rights laws, policies and institutions, preferably with NGO’s***:

**5 years’ experience at Management level***:

Experience in designing and implementing human rights programs and initiatives and have a valid drivers license * The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to :

**Develop/implement human rights advocacy strategies***:

**Oversee the investigations and litigation on reported violations***:

**Draft reports, and other legal advocacy documents for human rights mechanisms***:

**Draft/review materials to advance the programme***:
-
**Advocate at national, provincial and district level for policy aims***:

**Provide timely advocacy responses and represent company to external partners***:

**Support grant management & departmental budget management***:

**Conduct training with partners organizations***:

**Manage sub recipients, budgets and workplans***:
