Key Purpose To assess arrears accounts with a view of either normalizing the account with a payment arrangement and/or instructing the panel attorney to proceed with legal action.

Alignment to business driver/Strategy Ensure that the arrear account is actioned, and the legal instruction is processed timeously.

Key Responsibilities •Assess accounts coming into the Foreclosure Department and contact clients to formalize payment arrangements. •Liaise with the Securities department to ensure that security documents are uploaded to Datastore. •To extract the security documents from Datastore and other necessary documents i.e. Windeed report and statements and prepare the electronic file for Legal Instruction. •Carry out administrative duties effectively and timeously in order to support key functions. •Be proactive and efficient to managing e-mails, letters, updating SAHL systems and any other admin related duties. •Being adaptable to change as & when the department needs require it.

Minimum Requirements: • Paralegal

Preferred Requirements: • LLB or BA Admin Degree
