Position: Financial Manageress Location: Cape Town Working Scenario: Onsite Employment Type: Fulltime About the role: Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager on behalf of a leading manufacturing and warehousing Company located in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town. Responsibilities: • Lead and manage the finance team, ensuring accurate financial reporting and robust internal controls. • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to optimize financial performance. • Implement and oversee management accounting practices, including cost analysis and margin analysis. • Ensure compliance with financial regulations Manage tax planning and compliance, including VẬT, income tax, and payroll. • Liaise with external auditors, banks, and |financial institutions to maintain strong financial relationships. • Oversee asset management and inventory Controls. • Provide strategic financial advice to senior management to support decision-making. Minimum Requirements: • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role Proficient in financial management principles, management accounting, and tax regulations. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop a finance team. • Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills. • Fluent in Afrikaans, both written and spoken (non-negotiable). Remuneration: R50 000 - R55 000
