Data Insights Analyst

Our client is looking for a Data Insights Analyst to join their team. The primary objective of the Data Insights Analyst role within our client's coffee chain business, comprising 320 outlets, is to harness the vast transactional data using our BI Tool Qlik and POS system GAAP. The aims is to unearth actionable insights and trends that empower informed management decisions. Form part of a dynamic, cross-functional team environment. Project and day-to-day responsibilities include modelling and designing frameworks to address marketing, NPD, procurement and new business challenges. Validate findings or testing various assumptions, presenting finding to business partners, and delivering reports with supportive finding and metrics.

Responsibilities:

• Work with business partners to understand the required framework of analytics needs, with data and commercial sound led solutions.

• Design, analyse, test, document and support applications consistent with business requirements and specifications and report on post-implementation reviews and performance of i.e. promotions, product pricing and/or new products.

• Analytical Skills: Generate ad hoc, weekly, and monthly reports using analytical skills. Contribute to data-driven decision-making processes.

• Build reports and report findings, including commentary and recommendations to increase the effectiveness of initiatives in various operational departments.

• Evaluate accuracy of suggested solutions and data used to deliver outcomes.

• Share insights across teams to inform collaborative efforts.

Qualifications:

• Degree or Diploma in Statistics, Information Technology, Information Systems or a related field (essential).

• Functional: 5+ years relevant experience
