Matric and a minimum of 4 5 years sales experience is required, with a stable track record" Business to business" sales experience is essential as you will be dealing with corporate companiesPrevious sales experience with electronic equipment of any sort is essential, for example : cellular, telecoms, ICT, computers, aircons, Hvac, solar, Inverter systems, home automation systems, security systems, lighting, electrical installations etc.Ensure your sales targets are achievedBuild a portfolio of customers, both existing and newMaintain an accurate database of customers, their locations and fields of businessAnalyse and monitor the purchase activities of your customer portfolioMonitor sales trends in the industry as well as amongst customersVisit clients regularly to promote our products and, when necessary, to deliver to customers as part of our drive for quality customer serviceProvide exceptional customer service excellence, focusing on the retention and churning of customersEnsure monthly sales budgets achievement in Corporate Accounts, Strategic Accounts, Major System Integrators and Solution SalesForecast monthly Product + Revenue + MarginMeasure competencies and identifying training needsMonitor customer prospects, projected and actual sales, opposing activity, pricing, and product specificationsSet sales targets for strategic, corporate and solutions salesOrganise customer launches and demonstrationsCalculating cost comparisons for customersMonitoring stock requirements and availability for customersReceiving of all documentation relating to tenders for Term ContractsKeeping of active records of tender statuesCompiling specifications and attending specification meeting tendersFollowing-up with the Management on exchange rate variations for new pricing and submission of price increasesCompiling and submission of Term Contracts tendersLeading the process in its integrity with each otherYou are required to ensure a consistent standard of excellence and professionalism in the execution of your duties, and attain and maintain a consistent and high standard of liaison with customers, suppliers and colleaguesYou play an important role as guardian of the companys image and reputation and as such you are required to ensure your presentation aligns with this imageMaintain the companys desired level of confidentiality in respect of all aspects of your jobEnsure utmost integrity and honesty in all interactions with your colleagues, management and the companys customers and suppliersUnderstand the concept of responsibility to mean taking ownership of kand be prepared to personally see through to the end any task assignedDue to the nature of the business and your post, your functions may be redefined from time to time, as may your responsibilitiesYou may be required by management to assist in other areas of the business from time to time and in cases of emergency/urgencyDemonstrate above average capabilities in sales and customer relationsBe self-motivated when seeking new sales leadsBecome knowledgeable on all the products, and become proficient on the companys computer systemsWork at developing a solid foundation in technical knowledgeAccurately generate all the necessary administrationDevelop a consistent and high standard of liaising with customers telephonically and face-to-face, and ensure a consistent standard of excellence and professionalism in all interaction with people, be customers, suppliers or colleaguesUnderstand the concept of responsibility to mean taking ownership of and be prepared to personally see though to the end any task assigned
