based in South Africa . Job Description:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Senior Certificate (Grade 12)

Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Aftersales consultant with proof of good VOC / CSI scores

Clean criminal record

Good verbal and written communication skills in English.

Ideally reside in Nelson Mandela Bay or surrounds.

ADVANTAGEOUS REQUIREMENTS

Driver’s license

Motor dealership industry (technical experience)

Technical Qualification

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare for the arrival of the customer.

Taking care of customer at initial consultation upon arrival.

Ensure accurate Warranty and Motor plan details on system.

Update Dealer Management System, track all vehicles and update control systems.

Liaise with customers.

Ensure accurate invoice payments.

Vehicle hand over.

Customer follow-up and reminders (if not done by capacity planner).

Attend weekly service meetings.

Bookings.

Teleservice cases.

Recall campaigns.

Admin reports.

Phoning for authorities.

Job card preparation.

Any ad hoc admin/other responsibilities as and when required.
